She was predeceased by: her significant other Jesse Nicholas Maxey (Nick); her grandson Bryce Daniel Maxey; her parents, Jesse Carl and Betty Smith Brittain; her brother Aubrey Earl (Buddy); her sister-in-law Betty Lawrence Cargill; and her niece Carol Ann Cargill.
She is survived by: her children, Joy Maxey and Duane; her daughter-in-law Beverly Maxey; and her niece Cathe Mallory (John). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
