He is survived by: his wife Gay Hollinger; his children, Renée Smith, Lance Smith (Lisa Collins) and Ken Hollinger (Raven); his grandchildren, Gage, Haley Hollinger, Eli Hedaria, Kimberly, Tyler Smith and Amelia Earl; and his sister Barbara Hollinger (Jim Rebhan).
