It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Lillian (Montgomery) Barker of Duluth, Georgia, who passed away on March 25, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Henry D. "Joe" Barker; her granddaughter Jessica Michelle Platz; and her great grandchild Madison Platz. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl (Don Billington), Beverly (Harold Franklin), Michael G. (Valerie Barker) and Keith A. (Kathy Barker). She is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bill Head Funeral Homes and Crematory - Duluth Chapel (3088 Duluth Hwy, Duluth, GA 30096).
