He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Hicks Sr. and Eunice Hicks. He is survived by: his brother Paul Hicks; his significant other Jennifer Hicks; his children, Melissa Baker, David Hicks (Lori), Matthew Hicks (Angie) and Tyler Hicks; his grandchildren, Zach Hicks, Lora Hicks, Alex Hicks, Kendall Baker, Jimmy Baker, Elizabeth Baker, Ryland Pendley, Caroline Hicks, Kate Hicks and Lucy Hicks; his great grandchildren, Paislee Baker, James Baker, Berkley Baker, Reese Hicks and Wynn Hicks; and his sister Connie Dorsey (Larry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and dear friends.
