He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl W. Page and Dorothea V. Page; his wife Minnetta M. Page; and his brother Gene F. Page. He is survived by: his daughter Linda P. Higgin; his son-in-law H. Lee Higgins; his grandchildren, Dustin Lee Higgins of Duluth and Lindsey Ann Higgins-Andrews (Cody Andrews) of Jefferson; and his great grandchildren, Alanna Page Andrews and Audrey Rose Andrews of Jefferson.
