He is survived by: his parents, Terry Fields and Judy Fields (Ginapp) of Deerwood, MN; his daughter Jessica Fields of Panama City, FL; his grandson Santiago Bonilla; his stepson Jacob Thate (Sara); his brother Brent Fields (Jennifer); his uncle Richard Fields; his close friends, Sharon Thate, Darrell McCommon of Panama City, FL, John Brummond of Granada, MN, Mark and Cathy Albrecht of Fayetteville, GA; and his little buddy Digger.
