She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Gladys and James Clayton Snow; her husband Carl Waters; her granddaughter Tara Waters; and her brother Wayne Snow.
She is survived by: her children, Jay Glisson of Macon, Kenny Waters (Leigh) of Dublin, Kyle Waters of Dublin and Sylvia d'Entremont (Ron) of San Angelo; her siblings, Cecelia Cloud and Wendell Snow of Georgia; and her grandchildren, Becca Nelson Sankey (Brian) of San Angelo, Casey Smith (Matthew) of Kathleen, Dominic Waters (Heather) of Augusta and Ryan Glisson (Jennifer) of Maine.
