He was predeceased by: his parents, John Raasch and Doris Raasch (Wahlstrom); and his brothers, Jim and Steve Raasch. He is survived by: his husband J. V. Michael Motes; his niece Allison Raasch Mayfield; and his nephew Jason Cadle (Brian Schenk).
A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Christ Episcopal Church (318 Academy Ave, Dublin, GA 31021).
