She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorman Milligan Hillier (Lydia Frances Bath Hillier) and Newfoundland. She is survived by: her sister Nancy Anne Hillier Handley; her children, Kimsey M. Fowler, Jr. of Seattle, Gary Hillier Fowler (Julianne) of Milledgeville and Diane Delores Fowler Mitchell (Russell); and her grandchildren, Michelle Mitchell of Dublin, Dr. Russell "Paul" Mitchell, Jr. of Dublin, Macey Marie Fowler of Savannah and Mitchell "Mitch" Harley Fowler of Milledgeville. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
A broken hip and covid brought an end to a talented and prolific artist whose work will live on.
