She is survived by: her husband Frederick "Geech" Horne; her children, Keymontate Nellams, Kevin Nellams, Frederick Horne, Jr., Terrance Horne, Antionette Horne of Macon and Kobie Usher of Commerce; her brothers-in-law, Johnnie Frank Horne of Dublin, John Horne (Mary) of Wrightsville and Larry Horne (Darlene) of North Carolina; and her grandfather Willie Collins (Jessie) of Mount Vernon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great- nieces, great-nephews, and other relatives and friends.
