She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Walker and Frances Walker; her sons, Calvin Mercer and Keith Walker; her grandson Kenyatta Wilcher; and her sister Rosie Mae Walker.
She is survived by: her significant other Ricky Lee Rozier; her children, Angelo "Pop" Walker (Joanne), Kenyatta Mercer (Abby), Aires Octavious Mercer (Lanise), Demetriss Mercer of Dublin, Georgia and Tammy Mercer of Dublin, Georgia; and her siblings, Geraldine Walker of Newark, Lamar Walker of Dublin, Virgil Walker, Jr. (Sarah) of Dublin, Larry Walker of Dublin and Roy Walker (Ella) of Dublin. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
