He was predeceased by: his parent Ida Mae Powell; his in-laws, Thomas, Sr. and Mattie White; his siblings, George, Larry Williams, Carolyn Jarvis, Diane Steele and Laverne Steele; and his brothers-in-law, Jimmy Williams Thomas Williams, Jr., Kenneth and Robert White.
He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Williams; his children, Joshua Williams (Hendreka), Anthony Bell (Latonya), Kimberly Martin (Brodrick) and Felisha Walker; his siblings, Patricia Alexander of Alexandria, Robert Steele (Sheila) and Vernon Steele (Caroline); and his brothers-in-law, Rufus White (Sylvania), Frankie White (Delores) and Willie Albert White (Charlotte). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
