In the vast expanse of eternity, Parker Lou shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Parker Lou farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her parent Parker Whipple; and her brothers, Griffin Whipple, Willie Lee Whipple and Sammy Lee Whipple. She is survived by: her siblings, Ceola W. Foreman of Kingsland, Willie Belle Bradley of Dublin and Benjamin Whipple (Denise) of Willingboro. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Second Baptist Church (800 N Decatur St, Dublin, GA 31021).
