As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Michele may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Buford Hartley and Barbra Hartley; and her brother Wesley Hartley. She is survived by: her husband Steve Howard of Dublin; her son Jason Sapp of Dublin; her grandchildren, Taylor Rogers (Spencer) and Alyssa Miller (Avery); her niece Kayla Hartley; and her stepson Alan Howard (Danielle). She is also survived by three great-grandchildren; one brother.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mary Whitaker Townsend Memorial Chapel (215 W Jackson St, Dublin, GA 31021). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the New Bethel Baptist Church (3051 GA-257, Dublin, GA 31021).
