Waters of East Dublin, Fred Waters Jr. (Ann) of Miami, Roy Waters, Sr. of East Dublin, Peggy Riley of Cincinnati, Doris Gail Byrd (John "J. D.") of Cincinnati, Jene McCloud of Cincinnati, Lillie Phillips of Vidalia and Hattie Richardson of Miami; his brothers, Gregory Duhart of Detroit, Edwin Craig Duhart of Detroit, Dennis Waters of East Dublin, Georgia. and Roy Waters Jr. (Terry) of East Dublin, Georgia.; and his siblings-in-law, Tony Williams of Dublin, Ronald Williams of Dublin, Wayne Beard of Dublin and Brenda Beard of Dublin. He was also cherished by best friend, and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
