Barr (Dublin, Georgia), born in Milledgeville, Georgia, who passed away on February 12, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Poole Chapman and Jewell Chapman Wheeler; and her husband Dr. E. Bowman Barr, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Anne Barr of Dublin, Mary Leigh Coleman (Randall) of Dublin, Beth Barr of Dublin, Julie Toler (Kelly) of Dublin and Ed Barr (Ellen) of Hoschton, GA; her grandchildren, Shannon Barr, E. J. Barr (Caroline), Michaela Barr, Elizabeth Coleman, Andy Coleman, Matt Coleman, Sophia Toler and Sadie Toler; and her great grandchild Maisie Anderson.
