With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kay Smalley of Dublin, Georgia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Russell and Wilma Hall Russell; and her husband Dr. Jimmie Smalley. She is survived by: her children, Jim Smalley (Kathy) of Dublin, Lori Passmore (Randy) of Dublin and Bonnie Brown (Jim) of Dublin; her grandchildren, Kayla Green, Kyle Passmore, Gatlin Smalley, Karlie Smalley, Kellie Clements, Will Brown, Mollie Leverette, Ethan Brown and Kaden Brown; and her siblings, Lowell Russell (Carol), Mary Ann Purvis, Lynelle Brown (Ed) and Caroline Johnson (Billy). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pine Forest Methodist Church (400 Woods Ave, Dublin, GA 31021). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Northview Cemetery (1225 N Franklin St, Dublin, GA 31021).
