He was predeceased by : his mother Fidelina Andrea Perdomo Fernandez; and his siblings, Arturo, Luis, Circo, Ana Utreta, Araceli Guerra, Teresa Fernandez and Sara Fernandez.

He is survived by : his father Arturo Damian; his child GiGi; his wife Joyce Walker Fernandez; his daughter Terry Walston (Scott); his grandchildren, Daniel and Anna Kathryn; his daughter Nicole Lyles (Jason); his granddaughters, Hannah and Chloe; his son Jaime Fernandez (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Isabel, Pax, Jack and Sofia; his son Anthony Fernandez; and his sister Trina Garcia (Gilberto). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Townsend Brothers Funeral Home (215 W Jackson St, Dublin, GA 31021). A burial was held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 at the Dublin Memorial Gardens (2986 US-80, Dublin, GA 31021).
