He was predeceased by: his mother Fidelina Andrea Perdomo Fernandez; and his siblings, Arturo, Luis, Circo, Ana Utreta, Araceli Guerra, Teresa Fernandez and Sara Fernandez.
He is survived by: his father Arturo Damian; his child GiGi; his wife Joyce Walker Fernandez; his daughter Terry Walston (Scott); his grandchildren, Daniel and Anna Kathryn; his daughter Nicole Lyles (Jason); his granddaughters, Hannah and Chloe; his son Jaime Fernandez (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Isabel, Pax, Jack and Sofia; his son Anthony Fernandez; and his sister Trina Garcia (Gilberto). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
