He is survived by: his wife Debra Davis; his daughters, Sara Boyd (Damon) and Autumn Davis (Jack Wentz); his grandchildren, Landon Bloodworth, Bentley Bloodworth, Ayden Davis, Cindy Davis, Jackson Wentz, Jeremy Wentz, Keegan Wentz, Kason Davis, Ian Davis, Tensley Davis, Cooper Dasher and Riley Dasher; his sister Kathy Butts (Rick); his half-sister Lelia Holmes (Johnny); his stepsiblings, Dawn Wood, Ricky Crabb (Sharon) and Cliff Crabb; his stepmother Nellie Davis; and his brother-in-law Carl Horton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
