He was predeceased by: his parents, Maudell Strong Hurst and Howard Phillips; his siblings, Lillian Wright, Linda Strong Axson, Edward Charleston, Rickie Kellam and Ronnie Wilcher; his grandchildren, Jaden Outlaw and Jakhia Outlaw; his nephew Larry Mike Strong; and his brother-in-law Reuben Axson.
He is survived by: his daughter Latoya Jones (Javaro Outlaw) of Dublin; his grandchildren, Jadarien Jones of Dublin, Jaiwuan Dudley of Dublin, Jeremiah Dudley of Dublin and Jayvion Outlaw of Dublin; and his nephews, Rashun Axson, Darryl Wright of Dublin and Tyshondrick Strong of Atlanta. He is also survived by other relatives include a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and devoted friends.
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the C. D. Dudley Memorial Chapel (617 E Jackson St, Dublin, GA 31021).
