She was predeceased by: her husband Charles H. Smith; her father Lawrence Crawford; and her brother Larry Crawford. She is survived by: her mother Brunell Thompson Lackey; her children, David Dixon (Denise) of Brunswick, Justin Clark (Michawne) of Suwanee, Megan Shepard (Freeman) of Dublin, Celena Egan (Jimmy) of Savannah and Trevor Smith (Brooks) of Greenville, SC; her sister Denise Dobbins (Dennis); her sister-in-law Sandra Crawford; and her grandchildren, Kevin Dixon (Brittany), Ashton Dixon (Tori), Logan Dixon, Lawson Dixon, Lucas Clark, Micah Clark, Sophie Shepard and Ruby Shepard. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Dublin First Methodist Church (305 W Gaines St, Dublin, GA 31021). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
