He was predeceased by: his parents, Prentice Starley and Doris Starley; and his brother Buddy Starley. He is survived by: his children, Matt Starley (Becca) of Dublin and Kellie Hamrick (Chris) of Dublin; his sister Judy Shipe of Dublin; his nieces, Kimberly Kennedy (Tim) and Tracy Shipe; his significant other Tonya Hickman of Soperton; and his granddaughter Paisley Hamrick of Dublin.
