It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Thigpen of Dublin, Georgia, who passed away on August 23, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Tipton and Lyma Tipton; her spouse Amberce "Andy" Thigpen; and her siblings, Donald, Russell Tipton and Dot Lowery (Iris).

She is survived by: her children, Douglas Thigpen (Angela) of St. Petersburg, FL and Marcia Johnson of Melbourne, FL; her grandchildren, Kylie Kinsler (Ryan), Jessica Thigpen, Christopher Johnson (Madeline) and Daniel Thigpen; her great grandchildren, Roland Morrow, Cooper Kinsler, Parker Johnson and Warren Kinsler; and her sisters, Bonnie Nell Cunningham, Nancy Snyder and Kaye Couey.
