Ellen Sterling Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Sterling (Dublin, Georgia), who passed away on August 8, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Felton Chance and Esta Spivey Chance; her husband Phillip Sterling; and her siblings, Larry Chance and Vangel Shiver.
She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Sterling of East Dublin and Jimmy Sterling (Regina) of Adrian; and her grandchildren, Chad Sterling, Adam Sterling, Cayce Hendricks (Jason) and Blake Sterling (Courtney). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions, in memory of Ellen, be made to Bethlehem Baptist Church, PO Box 13190, East Dublin, Georgia 31027.
