He is survived by: his wife Fara Haney Avery; his daughter Amelia Cobb (Travis); his grandchildren, Madelyn Cobb and William Cobb; his sisters, Melissa Avery (Randy Schnoes), Ann Avery (Mark Henn) and Ellen Lewis; his stepbrother Darren Epley (Tricia); his parents-in-law, Ted and Judy Haney; and his siblings-in-law, Dina Stevenson (Jeff) and Todd Haney (Scotti).
