He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Woods and Betty Jo Cheek; his stepfather Clay Cheek; and his brothers, John L. Woods Jr. and Kenneth Woods.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Woods; his sons, Dolan Woods, Jr. (Jennifer) of Dublin, GA and Clay Woods (Francesca) of Cadwell, GA.; and his siblings, Anthony Woods (Kathy), Connie Morris (Dale) and Mary Jo Cheek.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mary Whitaker Townsend Memorial Chapel (215 W Jackson St, Dublin, GA 31021). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
