He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Hutcherson Smith and Georgia Smith; and his siblings, Cleveland Smith, Brownie Moorman, Ethel Woods, Geneva Hill and Edward Smith.
He is survived by: his significant other Miss Catherine Berry; his son Anthony; his grandchildren, Sierra, Macaiah and Tiana; his siblings-in-law, Oznola Davis and Charles Berry (Rosalyn); and his siblings, Deacon Richard and Christine Baker. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
A wake will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dudley Funeral Home (617 E Jackson St, Dublin, GA 31021). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Turkey Creek Missionary Baptist Church (828 Scotland Rd, Dublin, GA 31021).
