He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Eason and Inez Keen Spivey; his wife Eunice McCoy Spivey; and his brothers, Harold Winston Spivey, Jimmy Spivey and Tommy Spivey.
He is survived by: his sons, Randy "Spook" Spivey of Dexter, Mike Spivey (Laura) of Lyons and Andy McCoy of Wrightsville; his grandchildren, Eason Spivey (Kelli) of Gainesville, Laura Spivey (Jesse Knight) of Pooler, Kaitlin Mullinnix (AJ) of Dublin, Charles Spivey and Cameron "Peanut" Spivey; his great grandchild Brinley Spivey; and also Jesus Ginjauma.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel (1320 US-441, Dublin, GA 31021). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery.
