It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Elaine Vinson (Dublin, Georgia), born in Gordon, Georgia, who passed away on June 24, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Randall Farmer. She is survived by: her husband Don Vinson of Dublin; her children, James "Donnie" Vinson Jr. (Dee) of Bogart, Laurie Vinson Fason (John) of Dublin and Mike Vinson (Sandy) of Lizella; her grandchildren, Stacey Blackwell (Brian), Jay Vinson (Hannah), Kelly Ballard (Matt), Wil Fason (Babbs), Benjamin Vinson and Caroline Vinson; her great grandchildren, Levi Blackwell, James Vinson IV, Natalie Ballard, Maddie Ballard, Hatcher Fason and Hadley Fason; and her sister Linda Billman (Bruce) of Stafford, VA..
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honor to the "Hands of Ruth" fund at First Baptist Church in Dublin, GA.
