He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Alvin "Buddy" Sapp; his nephew Chris DuPree; and his mother Nora Lou P. Floyd. He is survived by: his wife Carol S. Floyd; his children, Brooke Pollard (Jeffrey) and Jason Floyd (Christy); his sister Shelia DuPree (Chucky); his grandchildren, Mika Floyd, Taylor Brackett, Autumn Bracket and Brayden Pollard; and his mother-in-law Jackie Sapp.
