He was predeceased by: his parents, Nowell Roth and Mary Roth; and his brother David Lynn Roth. He is survived by: his wife Melba Ryles Roth; his daughters, Linda Ann McWilliams (James) and Karen Hicks (Roger); and his sisters, Mary Ann Nottingham (David), Katherine Roth and Martha Etheridge (Dennis). He is also survived by five grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
