With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Ann Loyd Brooks of Dry Branch, Georgia, born in Dublin, Georgia, who passed away on November 18, 2020 at the age of 76. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Loyd and Irene Boulin Loyd; her granddaughter Courtney Watson; and her siblings, Margaret Tucker, Doris Yaungh, Doris Robinson, Jack Loyd, Doug Loyd, Chester Loyd and Jan Whitley.

She is survived by: her husband Steve Brooks; her daughters, Tracy Smith (Darrell) and Cathy Sewell (Lane); her grandchildren, Austin Sewell, Alan Sewell, Wesley Watson and Linsey Watson; and her siblings, Polly Gillilan and Rev. Samuel "Gabby" Loyd (Cindy).
