She was predeceased by: her parents, Lihugh Pope and Dora Powell Pope. She is survived by: her husband Willard Wilkerson; her daughter Melissa Hubbard (Tony); her granddaughter Elizabeth Hubbard; her brother Jimmy Pope (Nellie); and her close friend Shirley Wright. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jones-Wynn - Douglas Chapel (2189 Midway Rd, Douglasville, GA 30135). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mozley Memorial Gardens (3180 S Sweetwater Rd, Lithia Springs, GA 30122).
