She is survived by: her son Doyle Abernathy; her grandchildren, Darnell Jones (Courtney), Melissa Jones, Cole Abernathy (Katherine), Craig Abernathy and Emily Abernathy; her great grandchildren, Lila, Lauralee, Hunter and John Cole, Jr.; and her pet Nosey.
