She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph McPherson and Hazel McPherson; her husband Michael Anthony "Tony" Southern; her children, Michael Shannon Southern (Tabatha) of Dallas, GA and Amanda Lea Southern Mann (Nicholas) of Douglasville, GA.; her siblings, Alicia Pope of Acworth, GA, Marlena Dodd (Mike) of Acworth, GA and Wendell McPherson (Andrea) of Stoneville, NC.; and also Tim Thompson. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and one great-niece.
