With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Rebecca Alcorn of Douglasville, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 11, 2025 at the age of 67. In the sacred silence of farewell, Mary Rebecca is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Mary Rebecca's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her father Thad Roberts (Frances Whitley). She is survived by: her husband Keith Alcorn; her sons, Adam Alcorn and Nick Alcorn; her grandchildren, Aurora Alcorn and Aiden Alcorn; her brothers, Randy Roberts (Robin) and Tom Roberts; and her half-siblings, Sheila Turner and Mike Roberts.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Benson Funeral Home, Inc. (309 Hardee St, Dallas, GA 30132). A graveside service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the County Line Baptist Church (1814 N County Line Rd, Lithia Springs, GA 30122).
