She is survived by: her husband John Shadix; her sons, Rodney Shadix (Shannon) and Brian Shadix (Stephanie); her stepson Robert Shadix; her sister Elaine Wilson (Thomas); her grandchildren, Evan Shadix, Andrew Shadix, Kacee Miller, Trevor Shadix, Cali Miller, Hunter Shadix and Ansley Shadix; and her great grandchild Ronnie Kate.
