He was predeceased by : his father Roy Hamrick; and his son Larry Lee Hamrick, Jr.. He is survived by : his mother Dorothy Hamrick; his daughter Traci Carter; and his brother Hal Hamrick (Beverly). He is also survived by granddaughters; great granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 18th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Ephesus Baptist Church (8445 Ephesus Church Rd, Villa Rica, GA 30180).
