He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Jr. Scheer and Patricia Haight Lawless; his daughter Angela Scheer; and his stepsister Penny Lawless. He is survived by: his sister Kari Powell; his stepson Lou Fiori (Jessica); his stepgrandchildren, Mason Fiori and Kolton Fiori; his stepsister Sherry Berry (Ronnie); his nephews, Joseph Powell (Haley), Nathanael Powell and Brain Powell; and his great-nephew Weston Powell.
