He was predeceased by: his parents, Leila Mae Booth and Ernest Kenneth Booth; his son Daniel Wesley Booth; and his son-in-law Alex McMichen. He is survived by: his wife Janet C. Booth; his sisters, Carolee Hansen (Krohn), Pam Souza (Steve) and Laurie Bates (Greg); his brother-in-law Richard Gilbert; his children, Jonathan Booth (Marika), David Booth, Michael Booth (Atha), Joseph Booth (Jennifer), Susanna Faulkner (Jared), Deborah McMichen, Joshua Booth (Courtney) and Joanna Zito (Erik); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Tristen, Adrianna, Isabella, Alexia, Angela, Amber, Katie, Grace, Olivia, Lydia, Gwenevere, Tyler, Ethan, Alexzander, Arianna and Aliyah. He is also survived by children, 17 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers and cards, the family would appreciate donations to help with family travel.
