It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph David Griffith of Douglasville, Georgia, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on December 29, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clay Griffith and Lottie Epperson Griffith; and his siblings, Bobby Griffith and Annette Griffith. He is survived by: his wife Jerry Kay Reese Griffith; his children, Jeff Griffith, Dusty Griffith (Lori) and Holly Burns; and his sister Dora Morrison. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
