He was predeceased by: his father John Arthur Weaver (Myrtle Liza Dodson); his wife Thelma Louise Buchanan Weaver; his daughter Beverly Weaver; and his siblings, J. M. Weaver and Jewel Long.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Guy (Scott) and Brian Weaver (Karen); his grandchildren, Brittany Layman (Cody), Will Guy, Branden Weaver, Hallie Hernandez (Andres), Casey Weaver and Matthew Butterworth (Marie); his great grandchildren, Daylin Darconte, Ansley Guy, Felicity Weaver, Gracie Hernandez, Chloe Wilkins, Cason Whitman, Gage Butterworth and Brayden Butterworth; and his siblings, Danny Weaver (Patricia), Doris Marshall (Jimmy), Darlene Lowman (Glen) and Dottie McElreath.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Benson Funeral Home, Inc. (309 Hardee St, Dallas, GA 30132). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Benson Funeral Home (309 Hardee St, Dallas, GA 30132).
