He was predeceased by: his parents, Taylor Jackson Lowe and Velma Ruth Osburn Lowe; and his brothers, Elwood Lowe and Theodore "Jack" Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Lowe; and his children, Gary Lowe (Sherry), Sharron Church (John) and Dr. Janice Abraham (Alex). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; as well as a number of nieces, nephews.
