He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Hall and Mary Ruth Turner Hall; his wife Janice Irene Green Hall; and his sisters, Martha Sorrels and Marguarett Merritt.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jeanette Hooker (Ryan) of Douglasville, GA and Kim Jochum (Steve) of Bowdon, GA; his siblings, Mary Cranford of Marietta, GA, Ruby Lamp of New Hope, GA and Charles Robert Hall of Lyons, GA; his grandchildren, James Hooker (Lisa) of Heflin, AL, Derek Hooker (Brittney) of Cartersville, GA and Taylor Jochum of Bowdon, GA; and his great grandchildren, Zakk Hooker, Jacob Hooker, Matthew Hooker of Heflin, GA and Avanna Hooker of Cartersville, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Jones-Wynn - Douglas Chapel (2189 Midway Rd, Douglasville, GA 30135). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mozley Memorial Gardens (3180 S Sweetwater Rd, Lithia Springs, GA 30122).
