He was predeceased by: his parents, Kennith Southerland and Eunice Grafstrom Southerland; and his son Billy William Southerland. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Millsaps Southerland; his daughters, Lisa Southerland and Robyn Maher; his half-sisters, Sandra Carson and Nancy Carson; and his grandchildren, Danelle, Nate Martin and Bryce Martin.
