He was predeceased by: his parents, Ophe Bourque and Laura Guidry Bourque; and his siblings, Lloyd Bourque, Velma Langlinais, Myrtle Kilday, Wilda Vincent, Hilda Gary and Irene Bourque.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bennett Bourque; his children, Michael John Bourque, David Joseph Bourque, James Edward Bourque (Angela) and Cheryl Ellis (Robert); his sisters, Eulan Richard and Dolores Romero; his grandchildren, Tabatha Nicole Rider (Chad Carhart), Joshua Michael Huey, John Richard Bourque, Samantha Bourque Tucker (Brandon), Amanda Leigh Meyer (Ryan) of Kirsten Cheyenne, Nikola Ellis Foster and Zachary Joseph Ellis (Jenna); and his great grandchildren, Carson Tim Rider, Dalton Major Rider, Nora Kate Tucker of John Clifton, Knox Curtis Meyer, Blake Louise Meyer, Stetson Thomas Meyer, Kirstofer Tobias Reece, Ellis Kirby Reece, Victoria Nadine Heim, Eliana Grace Ellis and Collier Grey Ellis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
