With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chris P. Stowe (Douglasville, Georgia), born in Toccoa, Georgia, who passed away on April 12, 2019 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Mack; her parents, William Phillips and Alice Phillips; and her brother Wiley Phillips. She is survived by: her brother William "Mac" Phillips; and her nieces, Connie Christianson (Jay), Sharon Guidry (Brian), Kathy Cloutre (Serge) and Rita Loudermilk (Eddie). She is also survived by numerous other great nieces, nephews, great great-nieces and nephews.
