He was predeceased by: his father Kermit Shadix. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Bryant Shadix; his sons, Keith Shadix (Leigh) and Steve Shadix; and his siblings, Melba Acholes, Quinton Shadix, Buck Shadix, Ronnie Shadix and Philip Shadix. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Central Baptist Church (5811 Central Church Rd, Douglasville, GA 30135). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
