We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2023, at the age of 73, Charles Keith Harrell of Douglasville, Georgia, born in Live Oak, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Teaford Harrell and Ruby Elizabeth Harrell; and his siblings, William Teaford Harrell and Ruby Beth Harrell. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Harrell; his son Dr. Bryan K. Harrell; his daughter-in-law Erin Hamrick Harrell of Douglasville; his grandson Landon Montgomery Harrell; his brother Marvin Eugene Harrell of Moultrie; and his sisters-in-law, Letitia Taylor Ricketts (Ronald) of Lilburn and Laura Taylor Romero (Gabriel) of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
