He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Northcutt Creed; his daughter Sarah Creed (Jamie Jennings) of Palmetto, FL; his stepchildren, Melanie Reynard (Maria) of Douglasville, Robert Spears (Amy) of Newberry, FL and Benjamin Spears of Lake City, FL; his sisters, Ramona Peterson (Shannon) of Elizabethtown, KY and Evelyn Harper of Elizabethtown, KY; and his granddaughter Meghan Spears. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
